Our athletic performance training program produces great results because it's specifically designed to maximize athletic potential by focusing on 3 key components: Vertical Jump, Speed, and Explosive Power.
Effectively developing an athlete's full agility potential at any age and for any sport is essential, but often difficult to achieve.  That's why we use VertiMax, the world's leading athletic training equipment.  VertiMax technology offers a more effective way of modifying and improving neuromuscular function so athletes of any age can develop superior agility performance.  Athletes maximize neuromuscular control and reactive power potential with the VertiMax.

Tuesdays & Thursdays 4:00-5:00 pm
Tuesdays 6:00-7:00 pm

All registration is completed over the phone. We are by appointment. A One-time Drop-In is available: $30 per client. Must call to schedule!
